I found AutoCraft from looking online because they were close to home. In August of '18 we needed some A/C work done on a van and saw they service most makes and models. Set up an appointment with Chuck and the next day brought the vehicle in for service. Vehicle was done early the same day with ice cold air. The team was very thorough in their diagnosis and repair. They treat you like family and remember you whenever you call. Very fair and honest prices! Since then I needed more work done on a different vehicle that was running a little cooler than normal. Come to find out a thermostat I had replaced a few years ago was opening prematurely and a engaged fan clutch that wouldn't disengage was at fault. It was also brought to my attention that I needed some fluids flushed and a new serpentine belt. I felt comfortable having them perform this work because it's preventative maintenance anyway. They did the work in a timely manner and the vehicle runs great! I love having heat now! Thank you to Miles, Herb, Chuck, and the garage crew for doing professional work! We will be back! Hopefully later rather than sooner!
